Customer Care Agent Application

As a Dream Seeker Estates Customer Care Agent you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play an essential role in resident support and community satisfaction.

General Summary

As a Support Agent, your primary role is to deliver exceptional service to both potential and current residents. You will be the first line of support for resolving issues, answering questions, and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and care.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset. You'll need to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrate reliability, and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Agents are expected to remain available during scheduled hours and to process support requests as they are received.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Reclaiming land.
  • Setting land for sale.
  • Updating our registry to keep an accurate account of Estate land holdings.
  • Performing regular checks on shared regions to maintain high quality service.
  • Providing technical support and excellent customer service.
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of in-world Second Life experience.
  • Familiarity with land ownership and building tools in Second Life.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to follow direction and meet deadlines.
  • Voice-capable1 and willing to use voice when needed for meetings or customer preference.
  • Gmail account required (used for communication and collaboration tools).

1 "Voice-capable" simply means the ability to enable voice chat. You are not required to speak unless comfortable doing so.
