This 1-hour complimentary service is offered with the purchase of a parcel in a qualifying region to any resident who has not used the service in the past 90 days. A sales agent can let you know if your new parcel includes this service.

By continuing, you agree to the following complimentary appointment policy:
- There is no charge for the first hour. Additional time is billed at our standard rate.
- You may cancel your appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time and reschedule if needed.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting your complimentary hour.
- If your parcel is not located in a qualifying region, the appointment will be canceled.
- This offer is available with purchase of a new parcel on a qualifying region and is limited to one per customer in any 90 day period.
- If you attempt to book while still within the 90-day cooldown, your appointment will be canceled and you will be notified.
