Sales Agent Application

As a Dream Seeker Estates Sales Agent, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in welcoming new residents and guiding them through our land rental process.

General Summary

As a Sales Agent, your primary role is to help potential residents by matching them with available land that suits their needs in terms of layout, price, and style. You will guide them through the purchasing process, conduct parcel checks to confirm availability, and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to following procedures. Sales agents are expected to work both independently and as part of a team, remain reliable and self-motivated, and consistently demonstrate professionalism.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Completing a closing form with land and resident details.
• Removing sold land from our public listings.
• Updating the ownership registry with new resident information.
• Instructing new residents on how to use our support ticket system.
• Explaining ticket escalation procedures.
• Reviewing the region covenant with prospective residents and answering related questions.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of in-world Second Life experience.
• SL real estate experience preferred, but not required.
• Must already spend regular time in Second Life and be available to meet with prospective residents in-world.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills. (Additional languages are a plus!)
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Voice-capable¹ and willing to use voice when needed for meetings or customer preference.
• Gmail account required (used for communication and collaboration tools).

¹ "Voice-capable" simply means the ability to enable voice chat. You are not required to speak unless comfortable doing so.
